Merkur Construction Kits for Children of all Ages

There is a great new toy for children of all ages now available on Ragtangle.com Shopping Village. Called Merkur it resembles the old Meccano sets which sadly are no longer made in their original format and can only be bought as collectors items.

Originating in the same era Merkur models are built from a set of metal parts, nuts and bolts, wheels and so on. A screwdriver and spanner are supplied with each kit!

Sew Heart Felt Baby Slippers

We’ve just found the cutest baby slippers in the world! From Sew Heart Felt, each baby slipper is individually hand sewn into lovely little animal shapes.

Each pair comes in its own organic cotton drawstring pouch making them the ideal gift! Our particular favourite is Coco Cow, but we’ve got 6 designs in total – including the gorgeous Finlay Fox, Paris Pig and Ruby Rabbit…

All of the pigments used in the dyes are all environmentally friendly and the little slippers are purely made by shaping wool with soap and water by hand pressure. No chemicals are used during this process. After dyeing and shaping, the finished slippers are then left to dry under the Nepalese sun.

The slippers are available in two sizes. Choose either Shoe Size 1 (suitable for 0-1 years) or Shoe Size 4 (suitable for 1-2 years).
