This season a new hot favourite has emerged – the Aviator jacket!
This season everyone has gone wild about this style! It started with Burberry and Giles bringing it to everyone’s attention on the catwalk. Since then it’s hit the highstreet with a massive reaction! It follows on from the military theme that’s a huge trend this year.
So want to know how to spot these jackets? Well, it’s all about the big collars and metal buckle detailing. They come in a range of colours from black, tan, chocolate and cream. To help you out we’ve picked out some of the best from the highstreet for you!
This fabulous jacket (left) is from Boohoo.com (£45.00). We love the chocolate fabric and huge collar!
On the right this jacket is from The Vestry (www.vestryonline.com) (£45.00). It has a lovely side zip effect with a slightly smaller collar. A slightly toned down take but still oozing style!
Our final jacket is this one from New Look (£39.99). We love the faux sheepskin effect and the deep brown colour. New Look also have matching heels in this style. Check them out now!
So what are you waiting for? Don’t be without an aviator jacket this season!

1. Khaki
way to add a bit of this colour to your look.

Another big trend this season to emerge is Military style clothes. This year there is a new take on the usual khaki and brown combat style that is still popular, particularly with celebrities like Cheryl Cole. Designers have headed down the more uniform style this season. Navy blue and blacks are popular colours with gold braiding and buttons often used to emphasise the military feel.
Animal prints are heading to the high street this Autumn. Straight off the catwalk, this trend is set to be huge this season! Leopard print is particularly prominent in this seasons designer collections and it’s no surprise. It’s always been popular but this season animal prints are back to being bang on trend.
1. Skinny Roll-Up
2. Kick Flare
3. Jeggings
A huge trend heading down the catwalks this season are monochromes. They work well in the period between summer and autumn, a tricky part of the year to dress for. Summer’s coming to an end but it’s not time for those winter warmers yet.
The maxi dress is one of the hottest trends this Summer. Maxi dresses are everywhere, in every style and colour you could possibly want- we love this maxi dress from The Vestry (www.vestryonline.com) £39.99.
