Nose: The Red Blend has a sophisticated aromatic array of underbrush, scorched earth, cigar box, leather, and assorted black fruits. The Sauvignon Blanc has aromas of toast, passion fruit, and citrus aromas.
Palate: The Red Blend is medium- to full-bodied, has big mid-palate, lots of spice, and notes of chocolate, while the Sauvignon Blanc is medium-bodied, full-flavored with excellent concentration and a lengthy finish.
Alc/vol: Red Blend: 14.5%. Sauvignon Blanc: 13.5%.
Serving Suggestion: The Red Blend is great with steak and other red meats. The Sauvignon Blanc goes well with rich fish dishes and other seafood.
