Palate: The Cabernet Sauvignon is juicy and has little tannin while the Sauvignon Blanc is dry, medium bodied with a lifted zesty finish.
Alc/vol: Both 12.5%.
Serving Suggestion: The Cabernet Sauvignon is an excellent 'lunch time' claret! The Sauvignon Blanc goes well with tomato dishes and Goat's cheese.
