Delivery Charges

Each shop in the Ragtangle Shopping Village has it's own delivery rates.

We aim to deliver Product(s) to you, at the delivery address you have stated in your Order, normally within the time period set out below. However, we cannot give an exact delivery time and date.

If we have not delivered the Product(s) within 30 days of you submitting your Order, or any other date that we have agreed with you, then you are free to cancel the Contract and we will refund any money paid by you.

PLEASE NOTE - In all cases, a signature will be required to confirm receipt of deliveries.

Deliveries within United Kingdom

United Kingdom Delivery (Within 7 working days)

Postage and Packing for all UK deliveries is at a standard charge of £3.99. Deliveries under 1kg are sent 1st Class Recorded Delivery. Deliveries over 1kg are sent by courier service between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday - Friday. Unfortunately we are not currently able to deliver to BFPO addresses.

Deliveries within European Union

European Delivery (7-10 working days)

Postage and Packing for all European deliveries starts from £9.99. For European deliveries, the courier delivers between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday - Friday.

Deliveries to the USA

USA Delivery (10-12 working days)

Postage and Packing for all USA deliveries is starts from £14.99. For USA deliveries, the courier delivers between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday - Friday.

Charges for The Village Vine

Charges for Fleur De Lys (Florist)

Flowers delivered from Fleur De Lys are charged at a standard rate of £4.45 per order.

Order by 11am to guarantee next day delivery.

Charges for Lumin-Essence

Products delivered from Lumin-Essence are charged at a standard rate of £3.99 per order. Deliveries under 1kg are sent 1st Class Recorded Delivery. Deliveries over 1kg are sent by courier service between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday - Friday.

All products from Lumin-Essence are alternatively available to be picked up in store for no delivery cost.

General Information for all Orders

1. Postage Costs

We will only charge you our stated standard postage amount once on each order.

2. Currency

All purchases will be charged in Pounds Sterling (GBP). We indicate prices in Pounds Sterling (GBP) in our website.

If you are ordering from the UK, you may use the Pounds Sterling prices stated in the website at the time of your order.

If you are ordering from countries using a currency other than Pounds Sterling, you must take care to ensure that we are in receipt of an amount to cover the total price(s) plus postage fee in Pounds Sterling. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate from your currency to Pounds Sterling, and may add an additional processing or administration fee.

3. Import Regulations, etc.

Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our Products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations.

Please also note that many countries have specific import restrictions on certain products or materials.

It is the responsibility of the customer to check local customs and/or import regulations before placing an order for international delivery. AliciaModa cannot offer assistance in this process, and we must reserve the right to decline orders for Products that are not permitted to be delivered to your country or state.

4. Customs Duties, etc.

Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation in your country or state. Customers are deemed to have checked or are otherwise aware of these details before placing any orders for international delivery.

All Products are sold on an Import Duty/Local Tax Unpaid basis. The recipient may therefore have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or upon delivery.
