In order to prevent credit card fraud it is a requirement of this website that you register for a Ragtangle.com account.
Your details will however be kept 100% secure and will not be passed onto third parties for marketing purposes.
Do You Sell Just Flowers?
In our shop we only stock flowers. However, our the major advantage of Ragtangle.com is that our online shop is linked to different independent shops who sell different products. This means you can send champagne, wine or chocolates with your flowers.
Simply choose which items you would like and we will ensure they all get delivered together.
How Can I Send Someone Else A Gift?
To send a gift to an address that is not your own, your need to select the 'Ship To Different Address' box.
At checkout, you will see your contact and shipping details. Select the 'Modify' link next to the title.
You will now be able to modify your profile details. Check the 'Ship To Different Address' box and type in the address of the person you want to send a gift to.
Remember to uncheck this box if you want to send the next order to your own address!
When Can I Expect My Delivery?
Delivery is within 7 working days of order (subject to stock). However, you can choose specifically which day you would like to have your flowers delivered on.
To do this, click on the small calendar icon on the product page. You will see a pop-up calendar appear from which you can select the date you wish your flowers to be delivered on.
Please note, to guarantee next day delivery, please order before 11am the day before.
Can I Order From Abroad?
You can do order by credit or debit card from anywhere in the world.
At the moment, we can deliver to UK Mainland only however.
