Grape: 70% Corvina, 25% Rondinella, 5% Molinara.

Colour: Red.

Nose: A powerful nose of dried prunes, raisins, chocolate and coffee.

Palate: Soft and dry on the palate with typical baked cherry flavours mixed with hints of cocoa and cinnamon, and some sweet vanilla oak.

Alc/vol: 15%.

Serving Suggestion: Ideal with red meats, game and mature cheeses. An excellent wine for the end of the meal and for ageing. Serve at 17oC (63oF)
