How Will I Receive Tickets I Buy?
Upon placing a successful order through Ragtangle.com, your tickets will be emailed to the email address you sign up with. This will happen within 48 hours of ordering your ticket(s).
Why Do I Have To Sign Up?
In order to prevent credit card fraud it is a requirement of this website that you register for a Ragtangle.com account.
Your details will however be kept 100% secure and will not be passed onto third parties for marketing purposes.
Can I Order Other Products Along With Oposium Products?
One of the advantages of Ragtangle.com is that we have a large variety of products from various independent shops. Any combination of these products can be bought, so feel free to order wine, flowers or clothes along with any Oposium products you might buy.
How Can I Send Someone A Gift?
To send a gift to an address that is not your own, your need to select the 'Ship To Different Address' box.
At checkout, you will see your contact and shipping details. Select the 'Modify' link next to the title.
You will now be able to modify your profile details. Check the 'Ship To Different Address' box and type in the address of the person you want to send a gift to.
Remember to uncheck this box if you want to send the next order to your own address!
When Can I Expect My Delivery?
Delivery is within 7 working days of order (subject to stock).
Can I Order From Abroad?
You can do order by credit or debit card from anywhere in the world.
At the moment, we can deliver to UK Mainland only however.
