Returns Policy for Ragtangle
References in this Returns Policy to: "we" and "us" are to Conical Sphere Group UK; "Products" are to products listed on our website www.ragtangle.com ("Website"); and "Contract" are to the contract between you and us in respect of the sale of Products via our Website.
Each time you make a purchase of Product(s) via our Website, you enter into a Contract with us. If you buy a number of Products in one order to be delivered to the same address, the Contract shall cover all the Products in that order.
If you order Products to be delivered to different delivery addresses, there shall be a separate Contract in place in respect of each delivery address and each Contract shall cover all the Products being delivered to that address.

1. Returns
If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel your Contract with us at any time before delivery or within 7 working days beginning on the day after you receive the Product(s) which are the subject of the Contract.
In addition to your statutory rights to cancel your Contract, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note. Products must be returned to us in accordance with Clause 2 ('How to make a return') below. Refunds will be made subject to the conditions set out in Clause 3 below.
We may refuse to provide a refund where Products are not returned in accordance with Clauses 2 and 3. This does not affect your statutory right as a consumer to cancel the Contract, as set out above.
Some products are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene. This will be indicated in the product description.
If you wish to return a Product which was bought as part of a "Buy one get one free" or other similar promotion, we can only process the return if you return all the Products which were the subject of the promotion.
Please note that in order to cancel your Contract within the 7 day Cooling-Off Period that you are entitled to as a consumer, you must notify us in writing at one of the addresses set out in Clause 2 within 7 working days, beginning on the day after you receive the Products that are the subject of the Contract.
Notification of return of your Products via the email will not constitute notification of cancellation of your order for the purposes of your statutory rights to cancel the Contract.
2. How to Make a Return
If you wish to cancel your Contract or return a Product, you must notify us of your intention to do so before returning the Product. In order to do this, you must notify us in writing at one of the addresses below.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your Contract or return a Product, you must return the Product to us in accordance with the returns procedure set out below.
Returning the Parcel to Alicia Moda

3. Obscure your original address.
4. Reseal the postal bag securely.
5. Obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office (You will need this as proof of return). NB do not post the package through the post box.
Products must be returned to us in the condition they were in when delivered to you, together with all accessories and packaging that were supplied with the Product(s).

Returning the Parcel to The Village Vine
We may require faulty bottles to be returned to us, and will arrange this as necessary at your convenience.
If you would like to speak to someone in person about an issue with your wine, our store can be contacted on 01202 739394.

3. Refunds
Where Products are returned to us under the following conditions, we will refund the price of the Product in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Cancellation of Order
You may cancel your Contract, and return to us the Product(s) which are the subject of the Contract if these have already been dispatched to you. Provided that the Product is returned to us in saleable condition and within the 14 day returns period we will refund the amount due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation.
Incorrect Order
If you return the Product because it is not what you ordered, we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of any refund you are entitled to via e-mail within a reasonable period of time.
Provided that the Product is returned to us in saleable condition and within the 14 day returns period, we will refund the amount due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirm to you via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for the Product. Defective Product - If you return the Product because you claim that the Product is defective, we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of any refund you are entitled to via e-mail within a reasonable period of time.
Provided that the Product is defective and you have returned the Product within the 14 day returns period, we will refund the amount paid by you for the Product as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirm to you via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for the Product.
4. Exchanges
If you need to exchange a Product because of size or colour, before you return the article please notify us of your intention to do so within 7 days of receipt. Please give details of the Product(s) you would like to exchange and the Product(s) which you would like to receive in return. We can only offer a replacement of the same Product, but cannot always guarantee that a replacement is available in stock. If we are unable to exchange the item (as the required colour or size is not available) we will send you an email explaining why and arrange a refund to your account, you will return the Product in accordance with Clauses 1 and 2 above. It will take approximately 14 working days for you to receive your exchange.
Exchanges are not available for products ordered from The Village Vine.
5. Subscription Cancellations
If you intend to cancel your subscription before the contract is complete, please notify us in writing either by email or letter.
To cancel a subscription, we require a notice period of 30 days.
The notice period starts from the time we receive the cancellation request. If the cancellation request is withdrawn for any reason during the notice period, a new request needs to be made and a new notice period will commence.
Any payments due up until the end of the notice period will be required as a final one-off payment before the account can be closed.
If requested, we can close an account sooner than the notice period. In this event any payments due up until the end of the notice period will be required as a final one-off payment before the account closure can be scheduled.
