Nose: The merlot has an intense bouquet on the nose. Beautiful ripe plum and light tannins. The chardonnay is lovely, light, crisp, fresh and fruity - perfect for easy summer drinking. Straw yellow in colour and well balanced flavour. The rosé is fresh and fruity in the mouth with a dry, soft finish. Strawberry dominates the nose with some red cherry hints.
Palate: An incredibly sweet mid-palate of black fruits intermixed with subtle spice, concentrated yet incredibly soft and elegant on the finish.
Alc/vol: Merlot: 12.5%, Chardonnay & Rosé: 12%.
Serving Suggestion: Try serving the merlot with red meat and cheese. The chardonnay pairs well with starters, soups, vegetables and fish. The rosé pinotage can be enjoyed with a salad of thai prawns.
